The Swiss Connection !

Christian and his group of friends managed a weekend at the Chateau in October. The weather was perfect and the Champagne tastings were au rendez vous !                                              Sunday morning we organised a tasting of Champagne Cretol, from Neuville sur Seine. 4 different cuvées from a  ” Tradition”, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs to a Millesime 2011.

With a little piece of cheese and a few biscuits to accompany the Champagne everyone found something they liked!
